1. To view driver logs in real time, click on Driver Logs on the lefthand screen. On the main Driver Logs page you will be able to view all of your drivers, their current hours of service (HoS) status, their past 7 days of log compliance, and their current cycle, shift, and drive time. The following letters and color indicate specific violations:
GREEN- Indicates No Violations. If drivers have completed their logs and signed them their logs will appear with a green check mark.
RED- Indicates there is a Violation or the logs have not been completed and signed. Within Red boxes an F indicates that the logs have not been properly completed and signed (referred to by the FMCSA as Form and Manner errors). R indicates there is a rest break violation where the driver drove more than 8 hrs without a 30 minute rest. D indicates a drive time violation where the driver drove more hours in a day than what is allowed (11 hrs for US 60hr or US 70hr). S indicates a shift violation where the driver drove after his 14 hour shift started. C indicates a cycle time violation where the driver exceed total hours (on-duty and driving) over the course of his/her 7 or 8 day period.
GREY-Indicates that no log information exists for that particular day. This will happen if the driver has not logged into the mobile app in a few days or has not connected to the server( does not have wi-fi or cellular enabled). You might want to contact your driver if you believe data should be recording.
2. To view a set of days for a specific driver you can click on the driver's name on the lefthand side of the table. Once you are viewing a specific driver you can view a specific day or print logs by clicking on the driver name again that corresponds to the date you wish to view.
3. Once on today you click on the left and right arrows at the top of the page to go back as many days as you would like for the past 7 months.
4. Each days logs will show the activities, a graph grid, and the past 6 day recap.
